Q. What is included in a minor service?

A. We drain and replenish the engine oil using Mobil 1 5W40, we then replace the oil filter & pollen filter and carry out a 47-point inspection and diagnostic read. We will advise you of any additional work that maybe required to maintain the safety and reliability of your vehicle but would never carryout any additional work without discussion and approval from you.

Q. Can I walk in without an appointment?

A. Yes, you can walk in without an appointment, but please note this may result in extended wait times, and that we may not have the necessary parts available for all repairs. We therefore recommend that you contact us in advance to discuss your requirements and book an appointment with us.

Q. Can you service my vehicle while I wait?

A. Yes, in some cases minor services and repairs can be performed while you relax in our lounge, have a coffee, surf the internet, catch up on an episode on Netflix or test your driving skills on our simulator. Depending on the service or repair needed and scheduling availability we will do our best to accommodate you.  In most cases though, we do prefer to have your vehicle for the duration of the day, to ensure we can perform the proper tests and services required without having to rush.

Q. What if I have an emergency and need to get my car towed?

A. Don’t worry, if there is an emergency you can drop off your vehicle 24 hours a day or have it towed directly to our shop.  We will get to it at our earliest convenience.  If you need a tow during our business hours, we subcontract out and can arrange a pickup for you.

Q. Can I drop my car off when you are closed?

A. Yes, you may drop off your vehicle 24 hours a day and we will arrange with you the appropriate drop off procedure.

Q. Will you work on my non VW of Audi vehicle?

A. Yes.  While we specialize in VW and Audi, we understand that when a customer finds someone, they trust they would like to service other vehicles in the same place.  With that said, models outside of our specialty we may require special tools that we do not have to complete some repairs.  This may result in our inability to perform certain Non VW or Audi services.

Q. What will it cost to fix my car?

A. Every vehicle and repairs are different so it is difficult to predict how much it will cost. If you provide us with your contact information and vehicle information, we will prepare an estimate for you based on our experience and standardized book time. Our labour rate is AED. 275.00 per hour (Excl. VAT) Included in each service or repair is a thorough safety inspection regardless of what your vehicle originally came in for to ensure safety and reliability.  If you are a first-time customer, we request you bring in your car for us to do a thorough diagnostic.  Before the work is started, you will have to approve all work.
